PASTOR GLENN & EMILY WALTERS
God has used Glenn & Emily to cultivate healthy cultures & passionate followers of Christ for over 25 years. They planted Judah Church, located in Charlotte NC, in April, 2012, and serve as the Lead Pastors. Their desire to see the Kingdom of God expanded, is evident within the all the various ministries of Judah Church. Judah is sharing God’s power & love through reaching thousands weekly within the online community, and over 1 million weekly with their radio broadcast, reaching more than 108 nations. Additionally, they are leading a movement of the Spirit of God to the next generation by touching thousands in their annual Youth Conference, called Shabbach.
Pastor Glenn & Emily founded JIA with a vision to provide a spiritual connection for ministers and ministries that can develop, equip, resource, and empower men and women of God! His heart is for ministers and their families to be all God created them to be, so that they can do all that God called them to do!
Their purpose is to raise up men and women of every age, every generation & every ethnicity - into people of God, who are Praise-focused, Christ-centered, and Kingdom-Advancing followers of Christ is evident in all they serve. Glenn & Emily both hold a Bachelor's of Science in Christian Education. Glenn's minors are in Bible and Music, while Emily's are in Bible and Psychology. Their passion to disciple, develop & deploy leaders for His kingdom, can be seen in all they are connected to.
Glenn & Emily have 3 children, Noah, MeKendyn and Chisom.
Pastor Chris & Nickie Haas
Chris and Nickie have lead their lives true to the calling that God placed on them over 25 years ago; to come along side, strengthen and serve the local church by serving pastors and church teams. They serve with a varied experience both in Corporate worlds and Ministry. During their time in the corporate realm, Chris gained knowledge in Local and National Security Management, Corporate IT Systems and Project Management. Nickie also gained corporate experiences in Adult Learning and Development, Human Resources, and Operations Project Management.
While serving as staff pastors, both volunteer and full time, they have experience in executive church leadership, operations, developing teams and leaders, as well as pastoral care & church consulting. Chris has focused much of his expertise for the betterment of church Operations, building expansions and Pastoral Care Ministries. Nickie focused her skills in the executive teams, pastoral care, discipleship and operations. They have both focused much of their time in discipleship and pouring into others, building healthy teams as well as serving Senior Pastors and Church Leaders.
Chris and Nickie have been married for 25 years and have two children. Daniel, 22, and Eliana, 17. Raising their children around ministry has had a lasting effect on their family. Daniel has been a worship leader in various ministries since he was 13, leading young people into the presence of God where he could teach about worship. Eliana, who is in high school, is a student leader at her youth group, has a voice who loves to worship and loves connecting with people of all ages to encourage them in God’s promises. Together, they each love serving, and they have been able to watch God be faithful to many ministries and people.
Chris and Nickie look forward to being a part of watching God grow His house & His people! All the experiences God has brought them through, will help other pastors and church leaders to know they are not alone. They look forward to connecting ministries and church leaders to each other!
